This is another advancement we have recently made for those 6G75 Non-MIVEC engine swaps. Currently owners were still having the usual port and polish work performed, and even that selling point of gasket matching. Well that gasket match procedure just had an overdue update courtesy of BHM of course. We have matched the MIVEC gaskets to a 6G74 lower intake manifold, (required for the new MIVEC engine swap procedure), but this time we have also done the same to the Non-MIVEC cylinder heads. As we have been able to compare the Non-MIVEC heads to a set of the 3.8L MIVEC heads we found several similarities with components. With a focus on building this Non-MIVEC motor to really perform for canyon carving and road course duties we wanted to ensure the absolute best breathing possible from this set of cylinder heads. As you can see by the comparison photo of the BHM ported cylinder head next to a non-ported cylinder head, this is certainly a step forward for the platform's performance.
